建议全国人大以“西部开发，生态先行”为题，就有关环保的法律、法规有针对性地进行一次执法大检查，及时纠正各级政府执法中出现的问题，避免历史上大开发带来生态大破坏的悲剧重演。
保护环境是我们大家义不容辞的责任。我们要从现在做起，从身边做起，从小事做起：爱护花草树木，爱护鸟类和其他小动物等等。通过我们的努力，使祖国的天更蓝，地更绿，水更清。
