我倒上油，油一小会就沸腾了，这时我才想起来，大人炒鸡蛋都放葱花，可我们忘了准备。算了，不放了。我叫道：鸡蛋呢?楠楠赶紧递给我两个鸡蛋。我学着妈妈的样子，把鸡蛋的在锅沿上一磕，呀!蛋清蛋黄流了我一手。下一个，我轻轻的磕了一个小口子，慢慢的把蛋清蛋黄倒出来。我用铲子把鸡蛋翻了翻，不一会儿，鸡蛋就熟了。大家赶紧拿来盘子，我把鸡蛋盛出来。大家都急着要吃。可刚吃到嘴里，大家又吐了出来，原来我忘记放盐了!楠楠提议说：我们放点盐拌一拌，就可以了。于是我就又放了一些盐，用筷子拌了拌，大家就着馒头，吃得可香了!
我自豪，我会炒菜了!
