My first point is that life in co-educational schools is more like the real world where there are both males and females. If students are kept in a same-sex environment, when they leave school they will not know how to cope with the opposite sex.
Second, boys and girls can often learn from each other. Faced with a task, girls and boys usually have different approaches. Neither of these approaches is right; neither is wrong. Both can be productive. Boy-girl pairs can be one way of getting boys and girls to learn from each other.
Finally, education has an important task-preparing students for life as adults. When you are older you need to communicate with people of the opposite sex. You won’t be able to gain /acquire that skill unless you were brought up around the people of the opposite sex.
