　　However, we shouldn't tolerate these cyber criminals while suffering from losses. Therefore, it is the high time that we should take all effective steps to battle the cyber crooks. Firstly, the cyber laws should be reinforced to protect the Web. Secondly, high-end techniques need to be improved in intrusion detection, which will comprehensively enhance the computer security.
