第二次起跳时，我更担心了，口中禁不住念叨着：“老天保佑我……”我就往前冲去了，一个飞身，跳了3.88米的成绩。看着自己进步了不少，我顿时充满了信心，耳边忽然响起好朋友们在为我加油，我更是充满斗志，心想：不能辜负了朋友们的期望。我用尽全身力气，向前一跳，居然跳了3.98米。家看着我一次比一次进步，都热烈地向我祝贺，为我欢呼，我也高兴得跳了起来。比赛结束了然累的满身大汗。但我的心里很开心。
颁奖大会开始时，我拿着我付出心血和力量奖章，不同的我还给501班得了个21分呢!!!
