2、几点建议
1加强建设。为村民提供更好的生活环境，如：图书馆、健身器材、电影院等。
2重视教育。上级部门应针对村民需求，为他们提供学习机会，提高全民文化素质。
3加强农村学校的教育管理工作。应提高乡村教师的知识水平和道德水平，使农村的孩子能得到良好的教育，真正地学到文化知识，提高文化素质，这必将对未来农村的发展有深远的影响。
