在我们这个英语辅导班里，包括我妈妈在内有五位妈妈一直和我们一起学习，这几位妈妈上课认认真真听讲，仔仔细细做笔记，就连我们复习单词用手比划着写，这几位妈妈也举起大手和我们一起比划，教我们英语的李老师经常让我们以妈妈们为榜样！并把这五位妈妈称之为“特殊的学生”！

只要是周六日我们上课，在教室的最后边总是坐着几个我们前一个辅导班的学生，你不知道怎么回事吧？有的是上课听写错的多，有的是家庭作业完成的不好，李老师对这样的学生是当天的错一定要当天纠正！一般都是趁着我们朗读或同坐之间口语对话时，去给他们一对一辅导，直到他们都会了才算过关。
一模一样的错误答案
有一天周六，我们辅导班考了AB两张卷子，有两位同坐的同学有两道题错的地方一样，而且是一模一样的错误答案，聪明的李老师下课把他们俩都留下，给他们讲了很多道理，并告诉他们“学习不能自己糊弄自己，爸爸妈妈为了让你们对英语知识掌握的更牢固些，才额外花钱让你们来学习，如果你们不想学，还不如就别花这个冤枉钱，你们若不改这个恶习，我把学费退给你们，以后不要来了。”李老师的话像敲响的警钟，以后的很多次考试，这样的事情再也没发生过。
不举手的回答问题
和我们在学校上课一样，李老师在课堂上提问题，都是要求我们举手回答，不一样的是李老师搞突然袭击，有时竟然偏偏叫不举手的同学回答，李老师自然是有她自己独到的教学方法，“我就是想看看这些不举手的学生究竟哪些地方不会？是不敢说英语口语不行？还是知识掌握的不全面？”就是李老师不定时的`突然袭击，我们都自觉地上课认真听讲，老师提的问题我们都认真对待，有时老师竟然找不到不举手的同学。
这次期末英语考试，我们英语辅导班二十多名学生，都取得了优异的成绩，李老师谦虚的说，这么好的成绩，是我们自己努力的结果！

林禾从四年级开始就担任班长的重任，直到现在，他都没下过岗，由此也可以看出他不仅成绩好，还办事认真，从来不会对班主任老师的话“不屑一顾”。而他也是英语老师的好帮手，每当考试完后，她都会让林禾去批改试卷。林禾的.英语成绩直到现在都没有一次低于97分。而“唯一”能和林禾抗衡的人，也就是我啦！但我每次都差他那么一点点分数。
在上课之前，林禾总会读上几分钟英语，他的口音极其流畅，英语从他的口中“涓涓流出”，几乎没有停顿，英语老师上课时总会语重心长地对我们说：“你们看看，林禾读英语时可是初中水平……”
我十分好奇为什么他能这么厉害，于是，在妈妈给我报英语班时，为了学到高品质的英语，我便吵着嚷着要跟林禾一个班。妈妈禁不住我的死缠烂打，只好同意了。结果，我发现这跟我以前的英语班差不了多少。林禾为什么英语这么好，还是一个让人百思不得其解的谜。
直到有一天，妈妈嫌我口语不够好，教训我：“你看看人家林禾，每天都在跟老外模音！”啊！原来林禾口语那么好是因为他每天都在模仿老外的声音！我恍然大悟。
“这应该只是他口语好的一个原因，”我思考着，“一定还有别的原因”。于是，我开始观察他。我每天都偷偷地看着他，希望他有一点口语好原因的痕迹，可是，每次都是枉费心机。一直英语老师无意间和我说：“你知不知道？林禾他不是天生就这么厉害的！他每天都会抽出一定时间读英语，此外他还很喜欢读英文书籍”我总于弄明白了，原来，学英语也应该持之以恒，勤加练习，要不然就会生疏。
瞧！这就是我们班的小小英语口语家！从他身上我看到了勤奋和努力，接下来的日子里我也得好好向他学习了。
