"Gone with the wind", is one of my favorite book. Like brave strong scarlett, rhett's wit decisive, like mei laney velvet glove.
For the character of scarlett, my feeling is contradictory, is hate but have to respect her. She is a very personal characters, loved two men in her life, her but no one is understanding. If she know ASHLEY, that she wouldn't love him; If she understood rhett, she would not lose him. She has been let rhett, she just kept pursuing his dream of the prince - ASHLEY. She just think ASHLEY has the characteristics of his love, she just did a gorgeous clothes, let ASHLEY put on, and then fall in love with him. The truth is, her love is just the dress.

最先给我震撼的是美国十九世纪六七十年代南方居民所呈现的那种团结、自信、果敢的精神。现在明白为什么一个建国只不过二百多年的国家能够拥有左右世界局势的能力，他们有着这样的民族，我心服。
战争下的爱情注定是刻骨的。最初，很是欣赏斯佳丽那支撑她、给她力量不为其他所动的爱，不想这么一个自私、贪婪、尖刻的小女人会如此坚定自己信仰的爱，当然她身上有着其他女人所没有的美丽，唯独她的这一点最使我感动。战争毁灭了一切，斯佳丽从一个弱小娇嫩的受宠的女孩一下子不容多做思考地变成了一个成熟女人，然而她始终坚强并果敢的走下去，都是源于她发自内心的不变的对阿希礼的爱，多么可贵，多么令人心碎。
米切尔夫人最去体现的我想是通过人物间的感情纠葛所突出的蕴藏在内心的'真实的爱。尽管斯佳丽坚信的心中神圣的爱一直未曾改变过，然而那究竟是一层蒙蔽心灵的黑暗，只是她思想里的一个不能实现的想象，这阻碍了她去发现内心实际蕴藏的真实的爱，而等到她认清这一点时，她那真实的爱已被蹂躏至残，无力再去承受，她只能以她一如既往的那句话去安慰自己。这虚无缥缈的爱其实就是一副枷锁，束缚着原本自由的心，不仅是斯佳丽。
瑞特巴特勒是真真爱着斯佳丽的，他明确现实并以自己所能做的来爱护她渴望得到她的爱，结果却是伤痕累累，疼痛满身，无力再去爱或者承受爱。阿希礼和斯佳丽一样，自认为自己爱的人不是结为夫妻的人，甚至他所承受的苦痛更多，由于内心的那种正直，他在精神上爱着斯佳丽，在现实中不得不忠诚于自己的妻子，然而最后，他却突然醒悟，自己的挚爱其实就是玫兰尼——他自己的妻子，而此刻，她正在死去……这一副副的枷锁造成了这一幕又一幕的悲剧，是他们内心里的一座座城池遮挡了他们发现内心真爱的视线。玫兰尼的死让所有人幡然醒悟，可悲的是，此时真爱已失，他们只能独坐在沉寂中守着那些碎片哭泣再哭泣。
