我先学着李姨的样子在豆皮上刷满黄油，让它烤一会，放下佐料，可是因为我烤得太久了，吃起来很脆、很糊。我并不灰心，又拿了一张来烤，我这次吸取了上次的教训，很快就“收火”了。但是由于烤的时间又太短了，吃起又有很大一股子生豆皮味。我有点丧气了。这时，李姨似乎看出了我的心思，语重心长地对我说：“孩子，做事可不能半途而废啊!来，我教你。”于是，李姨便手把手地教我如何翻面、怎样涂烤和何时收火等等。经过李姨的教导，我现在已经可以烤出喷喷香的豆皮了。
这就是我第一次烤烧烤的事，这件事使我明白了一个道理：做任何事都不能半途而废，要做，就一定要坚持到底，就一定要把它学会。同学们，你们自己悟出过什么道理没有?

我们先摆好了烤箱，然后放入树枝和炭，接着点燃一张餐巾纸扔到了烤箱的里面，可是餐巾纸烧得特别快，不一会儿就烧完了，炭却安然无恙。我们恼了，又试了好几次，还把餐巾纸换成了报纸，可还是失败。就在这时，有人提出是炭太大了，我们就又去把炭踩碎，乱成了一锅粥，差点把食物打翻。终于，火苗扭动着身躯在烤箱的网页上翩翩起舞，我们急忙把串好的年糕、土豆、青菜等放了上去。火忽明忽暗，我们只好实行“火上浇油”计划，火大得想把我们吞噬似的，“可爱”的食物顿时又挤满了烤箱，火越来越疯狂，还把我的年糕烤焦了呢!
在下课声中，我们结束了烧烤活动，大家的肚子都被填饱了，也付出了不少辛苦，在终于吃到自己烤的东西的那一刻，我是多么高兴啊!、
