Keep Position 1

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. today i want to tell you a story about one of my friends, a lovely and smart girl who is always ready to help others. being our grade leader, she is good at both work and study. in many peoples opinion, she is excellent and perfect. but one day she told me she was gloomy and insecure. people around her considered her outstanding and flawless, thinking she could handle everything. but the more she thought about herself, the more disappointed she became. she found that she was far from perfection. last week, she didn’t do well in her french quiz, and the day before yesterday, she was late for a conference. she felt depressed and frustrated, because she failed to be a perfect girl without any mistakes.

I was surprised to hear that for i thought she had every reason to be confident. however, the expectation of perfection has become a burden to her. i told her no one could be perfect and i suggested she find her own position.

In fact, people are so eager to be perfect that they demand too much of themselves. they want to be special and unique, and they want to have no defects or weaknesses. however, we can never avoid mistakes and errors. it’s impossible for us to be a superman or a superwoman. no matter how successful we are, there are always some flaws. if we hold that everything should be perfect, we would be overcritical.

My friend now has changed her attitude. she accepts her shortcomings but still keeps a positive outlook. she is even more active and doesn’t allow the mistakes to hinder her pursuit of excellence. and i think that’s the way we should be!

  That’s all. thank you!

  Good morning, everyone!

Have you ever stood at a crossroad where choosing "easy" meant giving up what’s right? Last year, my classmate Lisa faced this: her group wanted to copy data for a science project to win a prize. Lisa knew it was wrong. She said, "Winning without integrity isn’t a victory—it’s a lie." At first, her teammates were angry, but Lisa stuck to her moral position. Later, they reworked the project honestly, and though they didn’t win first place, their teacher praised them for honesty.

Moral position is like a compass. When greed, laziness, or pressure tries to turn us around, this compass keeps us on track. It’s not always popular—sometimes you’ll stand alone. But remember: a life built on compromise is a life without pride. So today, I urge you: when temptation knocks, keep your moral position. It’s the only way to live with respect for yourself and others.

  Thank you!

Keep Position 3

  Dear colleagues,

Last month, I visited a local hospital and met Nurse Maria. She’s worked in the emergency room for 15 years—long shifts, stressful nights, and endless demands. But when I asked her why she stays, she said, "My position isn’t just a job. It’s a promise to care for people when they’re weakest." Even on her busiest days, she never rushes a patient; she listens, comforts, and does her best.

Our professional position is more than a title on a business card. It’s the responsibility we hold toward our work, our teammates, and the people we serve. A teacher who skips lesson plans betrays their position; a firefighter who hesitates in danger fails theirs. But those who keep their professional position—like Maria—don’t just do their jobs. They make their work meaningful.

So let’s ask ourselves: Am I giving my all to my position? Am I honoring the trust others place in me? Let’s keep our professional position with dedication. It’s how we build a career we’re proud of—and a world that’s better because of our work.

  Thank you!

Keep Position 4

  Hello, dear students!

When I was in 10th grade, I loved painting. But my friends laughed at it—they said "painting is for losers" and told me to join their gaming club instead. For weeks, I stopped painting. I tried to fit in, but I felt empty. Then my art teacher said, "Your self-position is who you are—not who others want you to be." Those words woke me up. I picked up my brush again, even if my friends didn’t understand.

Today, social media tells us to be "cool," "trendy," or "perfect." It’s easy to lose our self-position—to change our hobbies, our opinions, even our values—to fit in. But think: if you’re always chasing others’ ideas of "good," when will you chase your own? Your self-position is your superpower. It’s the way you laugh, the things you love, the beliefs that make you you.

So don’t shrink to fit the crowd. Keep your self-position. The world doesn’t need another copy—it needs the unique, wonderful you.

  Thank you!

Keep Position 5

  Ladies and gentlemen,

Last year, a student at our school was bullied for wearing glasses. Everyone saw it, but no one said a word—including me. I was scared of being the next target. But one day, my friend Mia stood up. She said, "Bullying isn’t okay, and we can’t pretend it doesn’t happen." Her courage made others speak up too, and soon the bullying stopped.

Justice is not a passive position—it’s an active choice. It’s choosing to say "no" to unfairness, even when it’s easier to stay quiet. It’s defending someone who’s being hurt, even when you’re scared. It’s knowing that if we all look away, injustice grows.

We all have the power to keep the position of justice. It doesn’t take a hero—just a person who cares. So next time you see something wrong, don’t stay silent. Keep the position of justice. Your voice might be the one that changes everything.

  Thank you!

  Good afternoon, everyone!

My grandmother always says, "Gratitude is a position of the heart." She grew up poor—no enough food, no warm clothes. But she never complained. Instead, she thanked life for small things: a sunny day, a bowl of hot soup, a friend’s smile. Now, even at 80, she still keeps that position of gratitude.

Today, we live in a world of "more": more toys, more clothes, more likes. It’s easy to forget the blessings around us—our family’s love, our health, the chance to go to school. We take them for granted, like they’ll always be there. But nothing is guaranteed.

Keeping the position of gratitude means choosing to notice the good. It means saying "thank you" to your parents for cooking dinner, to your teacher for helping you study, to your friend for listening when you’re sad. Gratitude doesn’t make problems disappear—but it makes life brighter.

So let’s keep the position of gratitude. It’s the simplest way to find happiness in every day.

  Thank you!

Keep Position 7

  Dear fellow students,

Last semester, my friend Tom struggled with math. He failed three tests in a row. He wanted to give up—he said, "I’m just bad at math." But his teacher told him, "Your academic position isn’t about being perfect. It’s about trying, even when it’s hard." So Tom studied every night: he asked questions, did extra exercises, and never gave up. This semester, he passed his math test—and he’s even starting to like it!

Learning isn’t always easy. There will be subjects that confuse you, exams that scare you, and days when you feel like quitting. But your academic position is about persistence. It’s about showing up, even when you’re tired. It’s about seeing mistakes as lessons, not failures.

Remember: every expert was once a beginner. Every top student was once stuck. The difference is that they kept their academic position. So let’s keep trying, keep learning, and keep growing. Our future selves will thank us.

  Thank you!

Keep Position 8

  Hello, everyone!

Last summer, our community held a park cleanup. At first, people worked alone: some picked up trash, some painted benches, but no one talked. We made little progress. Then our neighbor Mr. Lee said, "Unity is our strongest position. Let’s work together." So we divided tasks, helped each other, and laughed as we worked. By the end of the day, the park looked brand new!

Life is full of challenges—big and small. We can face them alone, but we’ll go further if we stand together. A team that argues can’t win a game; a community that fights can’t solve problems. Keeping the position of unity means caring about others’ success as much as your own. It means listening, supporting, and working toward a common goal.

So let’s keep the position of unity. Whether it’s in class, at work, or in our community—together, we can do more than we ever could alone.

  Thank you!
