旅游投诉英文用语

一、餐厅投诉用语：
1、上菜慢的`时候：
(1)We're running late. Do you know how soon we'll be able to get our food?
我们快迟到了。能告诉我们多快能拿到我们的食物吗?
(2)Is there any way that the chef could speed up our orders?
有什么办法可以让厨师先做我们的订单吗?
(3)I am so sorry to bother you, but we have somewhere to be. Could you check our orders?
很抱歉打扰你，但我们之后还有行程安排，可以帮我们查一下订单吗?
(4)I am afraid there is something wrong. We have been kept waiting nearly an hour for our meal.
我想这有问题，我们在这儿等用餐等了快一个小时了。
2、下错单或上错菜的时候：
(1)I'm sorry, but this isn't what I ordered不好意思，这似乎不是我点的菜。
(2)Hi, is this the dish I ordered?你好，这是我点的那道菜吗?
(3)I'm sorry to bother you, but I wanted a baked potato, not fries.
真不好意思打扰你，不过我刚要的是烤土豆，不是炸薯条。
(4)Excuse me, this steak is over done. I ordered medium rare.
不好意思，牛排太老了，我点的是三分熟。
3、菜品不好吃
(1)Sorry, but the soup is too salty.不好意思，但是这个汤太咸了。
(2)I'm sorry to say this but your food is inedible. 我真不好意思这么说，不过你们的菜简直没法吃。
(3)I asked for well done, but my steak is barely cooked.我要的全熟，但我的牛排几乎是生的。
(4)Excuse me, but my food is cold. Could you warm it up for me?
不好意思，我的食物是冷的，你能把它加热一下吗?
二、酒店投诉用语：
(1)Could you check the bill for me, please? It doesn't seem right.麻烦再帮我看看账单，好像不太对。
(2)I think you may have made a mistake with the bill.我想这个账单你可以搞错了。
(3)There seem to be no slippers in the room.房间里似乎没有拖鞋。
(4)There appears to be a problem with the kettle.茶壶看起来像是有问题。
(5)Can you change a room for me? It is too noisy.你能给我换个房间吗?太吵了。
(6)The hot water doesn't appear to be working.热水看来像是不能用。
(7)Can I speak to your manager?我能找你们经理说说吗?
(8)It is 8 p.m. already. I haven’t received my laundry.已经8点了，我还没收到我洗的衣服。
(9)I am afraid the heating system doesn’t work. I feel rather cold when I sleep.
我想供暖系统有问题，我睡觉的时候觉得特别冷。
