  还要注意个人卫生,我们饭前便后要洗手。饭后淑口,早晚刷牙。因为饭后口中还会残留一些食物残渣,所以要淑口。早晚刷牙,才不会长蛀牙。

  说了这么多,我们应该明白:我们要学会真正的生活健康,做到生活健康。我们才能身体好,学习棒,当一名生活健康的“小使者”!
