  为了让自己的生活过得轻松简单,我们不得不保护好自己的眼睛。在日常生活中,我是这么做的:

  多看绿色的植物,少看电视,看电视时眼睛与电视机的距离要恰当,不能过近。看电视的时间也要控制好,不要让眼睛长时间处于疲劳状态。

  平时的饮食除了保证营养的均衡外,还要多吃些含有维他命的食物,这有助于防治近视。含有蛋白质的食物能起到及时调节眼睛肌肉紧张程度的功能,多吃富含蛋白质的食物,也能保护视力。

  熬夜也会影响视力,所以我们要做到睡眠充足。如果有眼睛疲劳的症状,也可以用茶水或盐水代替眼药水来清洗眼睛。其实保护视力的方法有很多,就看大家是否是个有心人,只要我们勤学习,常时间,勤锻炼,我们的心灵之窗——眼睛一定会更清澈纯净。
