一进入滑雪场，我们马上感觉到气温超低的，觉得还真有大人们所说的“冰火两重天”的感觉。我们穿上了羽绒服，套上滑雪靴，戴上手套，带上滑雪板等装备进入了“冰天雪地”。在这
里，我经历了“害怕—羡慕—喜欢—恋恋不舍”的四种心理变化。
首先是害怕。刚开始我非常害怕，连穿上滑雪板走路都得一边走一边发抖，生怕自己一不小心撞到一个尖尖的地方，把大腿给弄伤了。
然后是羡慕。我看见别人从25米多高的斜坡上滑下来都没有摔倒，还很熟练地在那儿连续做特技，我看了之后好羡慕了，真希望自己马上能象他们一样潇洒滑雪。
之后是喜欢。在教练的精心指导下，从起步、加速到减速、刹车，我慢慢熟练了滑雪，也渐渐喜欢上了滑雪。我还自告奋勇当起了妈妈的小教练呢!
最后是恋恋不舍。滑雪时间到了，但是我还意犹未尽，就赖着不走。妈妈拉着我的手硬要把我拽回去，我难过的留下了眼泪，妈妈说：“今天太晚了，下次我们还来，而且你想滑多久就多
久，你说好不好?”我破涕为笑说：“好啊，好啊，一言为定!”今天真是一次令人难忘的体验啊!
