这时妈妈拍着我的肩说：“别害羞，你看初学滑冰人的都摔跤。”爸爸拍着我的屁股说：“别害怕，学滑冰都是摔会的。”我说：“那再试试吧!”我就这样跌倒了爬起来，爬起来又跌倒……你还别说，接连的几跤把我摔明白了：都摔成这样了还有什么害羞、害怕的，勇敢面对，坚持战斗吧!说来奇怪我一放松，身心反而协调了。我虚心求教，爸爸耐心指导两腿怎样站立、双臂如何摆动以及弯腰、蹬腿、滑行的动作要领，我慢慢掌握了“平衡”。后来虽然还摔过几跤，但总的趋势在进步!摔跤的次数减少了，滑行的距离延长了。妈妈不断喊着：“真棒!加油!”我听着鼓励一边总结经验，一边摸索要领，摔倒了爬起来，站稳了滑起来!三米、六米、九米……
我终于能独立滑行了!我终于迎来了爸爸妈妈的掌声!我用滑行冲进妈妈的怀抱!我的屁股很疼，心里却比喝了蜜还甜。
第一次滑冰虽有跌跤但我体会了成功，虽有痛苦但我感受了欢乐!这次滑冰让我悟出了一个道理：做任何事都要树立信心和勇气，都要掌握方法和技巧。跌跤不可怕，爬起来继续战斗就是成功!
