班会结束了，我回到了座位上，同桌说我说的很好，我只好勉强的挤出了一个笑容，留下了惭愧的泪……
通过这次班会我明白了两个道理：
1、能力是锻炼出来的，不是与生俱来的。
2、语言表达能力很重要，不能忽视。
这两个道理是我受益匪浅，它一定会是我获益终身的。
这次班会给我的人生点上了一个永远不可磨灭的转折点，致于这个点上会不会画出一条很长的线，那还得由我的表现来决定了。我认为，它一定会画上线的，而且很长很长，一直延续到天的边境……
