其实我们大家都有个共同的坏习惯，那就是爱吃垃圾食品。
那什么是垃圾食品呢?我们平常最爱吃的肯德基、麦当劳、开心汤姆里面的油炸食品就是垃圾食品，还有就是学校门口卖的.小食品也是垃圾食品。
我给大家举一个吃肯德基的例子：有一个人，他每天都是吃肯德基，结果长的比猪还胖，多难看。同学们经常吃学校门口店子里的小食品也容易引起肠胃不好。
所以我们大家一定不要吃肯德基和其他的三无产品。
