　　如果我们长期生活在有噪音的地方，那么这些噪音会对我们有一定的`恶性刺激，严重影响我们的睡眠质量，并会导致头晕、头痛、失眠、多梦、记忆力减退、注意力不集中神经衰弱症状和恶心、欲吐、胃痛、腹胀、食欲呆滞等消化道症状。如果不想得病那么请多种树，因为树能够吸收噪音等污染物，还能够保护环境，真是一举两得。

　　有一次，我和奶奶回乡下，就迫不及待的跑向那条童年时代的小池塘。路上，我还在想，以前那清澈见底，小金鱼到处嬉戏的池塘一定还在。可是呢——池塘已经不在了。水面上泛着层层臭水，夹扎着垃圾。小河打破了我童年的记忆，保护生态环境的念头，又在我心里添上了一笔。

　　在我的身边处处有着生机盎然的绿色生态。绿色，生命之色，代表着生机与希望，让生命之色开满地球，行动起来，保护环境。
