以前英语课“English ， English，English ，”朗朗的读书声读着而这节英语课可却如此冷漠。
今天的英语课我们都是怀着高兴的心情来的，渴望这学到新知识，刚一上课，老师就问昨天是谁的课堂作业没有教，还说有几个同学的本子封面不整齐，。再说的过程中有几个本就有几个女同学还在写数学上没有写完的作业，结果老师把那几个女同学的数学课堂本给没收了去，然后就开始追问补完课堂作业本要多长时间，这时教室里寂然无声，我们听出了老师是意思：想把她们的本字撕了，可又欲出又止。老师说：“你们是不是想做作业，想做的话就每节英语课都写语文或数学作业，现在就开始吧！”老师说完就让我们写语文作业，可我们没有听老师的话，端端正正的`坐着，过了一会儿，老师见我们没有动静，眼光突然闪烁了一下，看到了讲桌上的语文配套练习，就说是不是配套练习没有发，然后就让前面的几位同学发一下。发下来了，结果还是没有一个人做。老师又说：“是不是没有布置？”没有人回答。 “既然没有布置那就我来布置吧！把第６课和第１０课做完。” 一秒、两秒、三秒过去了，教室里依然 鸦雀无声。 刚开始有几个同学写了起来，后来越来越多，只有我和几个学习好的同学在写有关英语的作业。“叮铃铃”下课了，英语老师说：“以后的英语课都这样上吧！”说完，就走了。有好多几乎全班都在说“解放了”，可我的心里却很不是滋味，。

Most people believe that regular hand-washing is the best way to prevent infections. And they’re right: hand-washing does prevent certain infections, but too much washing can actually help some infections along.What’s going on?
Right now, there are millions of bacteria from hundreds of different species happily residing on your hands, not to mention your teeth, gums, eyes and ears. These bacteria are either transients or residents. Washing your hands helps remove transientbacteria that are just visiting from foreign places like the sink, doorknob and even other people’s hands. Washing shouldn’t remove your hands’ own resident bacteria,though.
While it’s hard to imagine your hands as a bacterial homeland, these residents are perfectly normal and are important in maintaining your health. They help prevent transientbacteria from settling in, and each resident keeps other residents from overpopulating.
If you scrub your skin too frequently, especially with anti-bacterial soap, you could upset resident bacteria, leading to the overpopulation of certain species and local skin infections. Scrubbing away residents might also let transients move in and cause disease. Finally, over washing could break down the skin itself. This allows harmless skin residents to go beneath the skin, where they can become dangerous transients.
So, while a good wash with soap and water is still a great idea, overwashing might lead to some unpleasant symptoms, not to mention inflamed and unsightly hands.

在我上四年级的时候，我就上了一节生动有趣的英语课。那天上午，我们正在上英语课，一位老师匆匆地走进我们教室，向英语老师说了几句话，随后，李老师便让我和另外几位同学一起带上书和本子，去多功能厅上英语课，来到多功能厅，我好奇得东瞅瞅，西瞅瞅，可还是不见英语老师的“影子”，终于，老师迈着矫健的步伐走进教室，瞧，真新鲜，来了一位外教给我们上课，这位老师皮肤特别黑，简直和煤块的颜色不差上下，而且他的眼睛小的可怜，似乎要带上一个放大镜才能看清楚，但是这位老师的牙齿如雪一样白，弄得几位男生都有想上去讨教洁牙方法的`冲动。
过了一会儿，待我们安静下来，老师做了自我介绍，原来他的名字叫彼得，来自美国，家在纽约，现在住在北城中学的教师公寓里，喜爱打篮球。
接下来，外教老师为我们发了一张卡片，上面写了个女名，大家不知道，便猜想是他妻子的名字，他也不生气，友好的冲我们笑笑，名字的下面有一张表格要求我们填写，填好后便交给他，并和他进行简单的对话，终于轮到我了，我将卡片交给他，他看了看我填的表，对我说：“Good morning！”“Good morning！”我快速的应答。他也不拘束：“Are you fine？”“Yes，I am fine，thank you，and you？”我丝毫不敢怠慢。“Metoo。”我如释重负，对他友好的说：“Goodbye！”“Bye！”一场简单的对白就这样结束了，我心里的一块石头落了地，长吁了一口气。长这么大，我还是头一次和外国人交流呢！心里能不高兴。
快下课时，他看了看手表，摸了摸瘪瘪的肚子，对我们说：“Are you hungry？”“Yes we are。”我们响亮地回答。“OK，please。”我们便簇拥着老师走出教室，身后是一串串银铃般的笑声。
这节课到现在我都还记忆犹新，现在回想起来，好像昨天发生的一样，它使我们在学习中快乐，在快乐中学习，让我更加喜欢英语这门功课，这门语言。

Therefore, they acted as our English teachers yesterday, and the teacher of my class was Roan. He is twenty-two years old and he comes from Los Angeles. He has learned Chinese for more than 3 years, so sometimes we could communicate in Chinese. He simply introduced the United States to us, including geography, history and education. He shared us with his education experiences and told his stories to us, especially in the junior school. He was so active and energetic in the class and we were impressed. In the end of the class, he suggested us to be more active in the class and encouraged us to study hard. He said that he felt difficult to learn Chinese but he always tried his best.
