谁都知道，我性格很内向，不敢当众讲话，若要我去演讲，岂不是要害我? 昨天下午，何老师郑重其事地宣布了一件对我“不利”的事：“明天下午的班会课，我们将举行一次《现在的我和未来的我》为主题的演讲比赛，请要参赛的同学做好准备。”这我可不怕，大不了我不参赛，问题不就解决了。这时，何老师又说了一句让人震惊的话：“为了防止你们只有少部分人参加比赛，我点到名的同学必须参加比赛。”我听后，心仿佛要跳出来似的，冒着被老师点名的危险坐在位置上，如坐针毡。“我只选那些胆子大的同学。”这句话又从老师的嘴中跳出来，我又松了一口气，“孙炜。”啊!老师，你明知我胆子小，为什么还要和安分守己的我作对呢?我真想世界上有时空穿梭机，那样我就可以跳过明天，到后天去，就不用演讲了。 第二天中午，我写好一份演讲稿，准备迎接下午的演讲比赛。时间过得真快，班会课到了，只见“小画家”朱康宇亨在黑板上写了几个醒目的大字““未来的我和现在的我”演讲比赛”。就这样，比赛开始了。
同学们一个接一个地登上讲台，我的心也越来越紧张了，时不时拿出那张早已写好的草稿纸来看一看。可尽管我已把稿纸背得滚瓜烂熟，心中还是忐忑不安。 在众多同学的演讲中，令我印象最深刻的要数贺新了。只见他演讲几句，就向左边看一看，仿佛他的稿纸都写在左边的窗户上似的，惹得全班同学哄堂大笑，可这样好像并不能让贺新不再往左边看，贺新似乎不害羞，还是不停地向左边看，有些同学甚至以为贺新在看是么好东西，便也学着他的样往左边看，结果什么也没看到，这又让同学们笑得前俯后仰。时间过得可真快，这么快就轮到我了，我尽量让自己那颗价值紧张的心放松一点，可根本没用，我跨上讲台，可不知怎的，我一走上讲台，双脚便不停地发抖，我真想自己的演讲已经完了，可事实是：我的演讲才刚刚开始。演讲顺利进行着，可仿佛我每念一个字就损失很多力气。不久，我就大汗淋漓。我快演讲完了，我的心渐渐松弛了，心想：原来演讲并不是那么难的事。可当我这样想时，一个不好的命运降临在我头上——我忘词了，我一下子就急 得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。还好我没有想多久，马上又认真演讲起来。我的演讲终于结束了，我也长吁了一口气。
这次演讲比赛对我来说真是一次锻炼的比赛啊!

演讲比赛的稿件当然是要拿来背的,可是背书可是我的弱项,所以在这之前我们班的黄老师就让我背了好几次,几次我都背得疙疙瘩瘩的可是黄老师仍在支持我,经常激励我于是我对自己充满信心,虽然几次都背错了,可我依然不灰心天天别人在玩的时候我都在背所以在几天内我都把那篇文章背得滚瓜烂熟了,可我还是太胆小,黄老师于是在演讲的前一天对我说:"你要胆大一点,明天到台上就靠你自己了.''我听了就在原来的基础上又增加了一些有趣的动作,这下我对自己更有信心了.
今天我们就开始了演讲比赛,我是第八个,我看者前面的同学演讲得那么好,心又开始紧张起来,不过我对自己说:你能行.又看了看演讲稿满怀信心得走上到了台上,心里还在说:你一定要为班级争光,不能给班级丢脸.终于轮到我了,我走上去立刻就介绍了自己,我望了望下面心又开始砰砰直跳,背了好几天的稿件好象没有背过一样的怎么也想不起来了,我又看了看我们班的同学们我想我不可以给班级丢脸的,我们班的三十三个同学把希望都寄托在我的身上呢,我不能,不可以。
不知道哪里来了一股力量,使我把所有的`东西全记起来了,于是我便和往日一样流利大声地背了出来,背完后我深深一鞠躬,走下了台.
这一次演讲比赛我得了第三名,二等奖,但我还没有满足,我还要继续努力争取在下次的比赛中得第一名.

大家好！在这风和日丽，艳阳高照的日子里，我们迎来了在小学阶段的最后一次欢聚。
与身边的校园要挥手告别了，纵然，有千言万语也不能表达我对母校的眷恋之情。相信同学们，你们的感受也与我一样吧。从入学到现在，我印象最深的便是校门口的那棵樱树和边上的那棵小树。那小树是我在一年级时亲眼看到门卫老伯伯种下的，现在，它已经增添了六个年轮，而樱树则见证了它的成长。我们就好比是小树，而校园是樱树，不是吗？
看着眼前校园的一切，是那么熟悉，不禁又勾起了我的回忆?
记得二年级的那个“六一”儿童节，学校的操场仅有如今的三分之一，地面不是塑胶而是水泥，由于拍卖会过于拥挤，我被同学挤倒了。只听见“嚓”的一声，我跌倒在了水泥地上，当我艰难地从地上爬起来时，发现左膝上的皮已经磨破，血很快流了出来，我慢慢地向教室走去，疼痛继续蔓延着。这时，很多同学见了说：“逗，怎么了？”“哎呀，你膝盖磨破了，逗，怎么搞的，给，纸巾，先把伤口周围的石子擦掉吧！”“哦，快去卫生室！”同学们七嘴八舌地关切地问着我。后来，我被一群好心的同x学架着胳膊去了卫生室，徐老师仔细地帮我清洗伤口，上药水，我疼得呲呀咧嘴地想哭，同学的安慰使我忍住了泪水。虽然下午不能去活动了，只能留在教室里，但我的心依然是充实的、快乐的！
记得一年前的拔河比赛，在最终的决胜局时，我们第二局败给了力量悬殊的种子队选手??501班。什么？我们失败了，这是我们三班拔河比赛中遭遇最大的挫折，因为，我们从未被打败过，当时的局势非常的紧张，一比一平！我们打成了平手，最后一局定胜负！我们一开始时毕竟有些难过，导致力量有些减退，但是一想到集体的荣誉高于一切，便再次信心满满，精神抖擞地上了“战场”“加油，加油！”曹老师带领着拉拉队员在一旁为我们呐喊助威，我们咬紧牙关，拼尽了全力，好！绳子已经在向我们这边移动了，幅度越来越大了，随着裁判一声哨音，对方的绳子一松，我们全倒下了。“胜利了，胜利了！“我们躺在地上欢呼：”“五连冠，五连冠！”曹老师更是激动得满脸通红。是的，我们经过一番波折最终靠实力再次夺魁！
那套集体舞的服装，我始终把它挂在衣柜最显眼的地方，因为它见证了集体舞全校第一的成绩！
小学生活的往事历历在目，每一抹都是我们记忆蓝天中别具一格的云彩。 光阴荏苒，岁月如梭，我们即将告别小学的师友，迈入中学的大门，告别童年的幼稚与天真，走向少年的懂事与成熟。
敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们，让我们拥住这珍贵的童年，锁住这美好的情感，珍藏这永久的记忆吧！

演讲比赛
星期五的下午，我们去报告厅看了一场别开生面的“中国魂”演讲比赛。 报告厅里座无虚席，同学们井然有序地坐在自己的座位上，耐心等待比赛的开始。抬头望去，只见舞台中间的大屏幕上，打着几个苍劲有力的大字——“心系中国健康成长”。经过主持人热情洋溢的开场白之后，演讲比赛正式开始了。
第一位上场的是一位一年级的小弟弟，他虽然年龄小，却沉着大胆。他出色的演讲赢得了观众一阵阵热烈的掌声。接着，选手们一个接一个地上场，他们精彩的演讲让我听得入了迷。突然，我眼前一亮！舞台上来了一位漂亮的小姑娘，只见她穿着一件绿色的短裙，脚蹬红色长筒靴，精神抖擞地走到了讲台前。她的脸上带着自信的微笑，两只眼睛好像会放电一样注视着观众，报告厅里顿时鸦雀无声，所有的观众都被她吸引了。她就是五年级的石贺佳同学。简短的自我介绍之后，她绘声绘色地讲了起来。她说：“我会说的第一句话是‘妈妈’，我会唱的第一首歌是《祖国妈妈我爱您》，我会写的第一个字是‘中国’的‘中’，我明白的第一个道理是——我是中国人！”
观众们听得如醉如痴，有的端坐在座位上听，有的用手支着头听，个子矮的同学从人缝中边看边听，有的干脆跪立在椅子上听，随着她的演讲，我们时而愤怒得像一头狮子，时而激动得满脸通红，时而悲伤得挥眼泪，时而高兴得用力拍手，我把手都拍疼了。
同学们的演讲一个比一个精彩，报告厅里的掌声经久不息。听了同学们慷慨激昂的演讲，我心里思绪万千。是啊，以前，我们的祖国贫穷落后，长期受到外国侵略者的欺凌，现在，我们的祖国富强发达，中国在世界上扬眉吐气！作为一名小学生，我们要努力学习，为振兴中华而拼搏！

I have got benefits from making preparations in advance since I was a child. 到了第二节课，我们排着整齐的队伍来到天丼。主持人报幕后，比赛也正式开始了，一位位选手精神饱满，滔滔不绝地说着。赞颂了祖国60周年来的辉煌成就。当然。他们都得到了高分，同学们一次又一次发出惊叹。随着时间流逝，比赛进入了高潮。终于轮到我了，我非常紧张，心里七上八下。到了台上，我开始说了起来：“20**年，28岁的留英硕士”演讲时，我的双手抓着牛仔裤，双腿还时不时颤抖。我努力压制自己，才没有被发现。有上百双只眼睛注视着我，原来平静的我又开始紧张，心“扑通 扑通”的。
这篇文章终于演讲完了。回到座位，我舒了一口气。心想：这次这糟糕啊！但让人意想不到的是我不但得了94.2分，还得了二等奖，这让我兴奋不已。我成功了！
演讲比赛作文（二）
上学期，我们年级举办了一次演讲比赛活动，这次比赛让我受益匪浅。
上学期第十三周，语文老师宣布了演讲比赛这件事，大家一致推举我去。我可高兴了，没想到大家对我这么信任。但是我也比较紧张，在全校2000多名师生面前，众目睽睽之下演讲，假如演讲不好，拿不上名次，辜负了我班老师和同学们的信任怎么办？假如在全校师生面前丢了脸，以后没法见人，怎么办？
虽然心里这么想，但口上还是高兴地答应了。这回演讲的主题是纪念抗日战争胜利60周年，爸爸在网上下载了一篇>演讲稿进行了修改润色，超级支持我去演讲。爸爸说：“不就是演讲嘛，你背下演讲稿之后，往台上一站，不要紧张，和往常朗诵一样，就如同台下没有人似的，就能发挥正常水平。其实，演讲很简单，你把它想复杂了。”在爸爸和妈妈的鼓励下，我终于有了信心。
随着演讲比赛日期的临近，我的演讲稿背得越来越熟，我的心情也变得紧张了。在演讲比赛的前一个课间，我又把已经可以倒背如流的稿子温习了三遍。
时间一分一秒地过去了，主持人上台正式宣布，就这样演讲比赛在我紧张的心情中开始了。台上先后有几位同学演讲，我在台下心中不停地默念着稿子，一边暗暗地自我鼓励一边默默地祈祷者，不要马上让我上台演讲、让时间过得慢一点，可是，时间像故意跟我作对，还是很快的走过了。该我演讲了，走上台去，看着台下的老师和同学们，黑压压一片，我的大脑里突然一片空白，我定了定神，略作思索，整篇稿子又清晰地在大脑里呈现了出来，我不断地鼓励自己，终于朗诵了下来，最后还拿了全年级第三名。 这次比赛锻炼了我的胆识和口才，真让我受益匪浅。
演讲比赛作文（三）
今天，王老师要我们准备演讲比赛的稿子，明天开始比赛。我们都非常高兴，我回到家后就开始准备演讲稿。
到了第二天，我一进教室，就看见有的同学得意洋洋的样子，好像在说我肯定是第一。不过一会儿，王老师就来了。王老师身边还站着李晶同学呢，好像李晶就是这一次的主持人。
李晶一说“演讲比赛开始”，我们就安静了下来，接着李晶又说：“请一号选手吴思思上场。”我们一片掌声。在听的时候，我们都很认真，有的专心思考，想，轮到我
的时候，应该有什么动作，声音是小是大。她讲完后，我们都觉得她讲得非常好，用最大的掌声，表示向她学习。可是杜文琦和王思怡在偷吃东西，没认真听。
吴思思讲完后，李晶又请了第二个选手贺心语上场，接着又请了三号、四号、五号。 到了第十六号时，柯锐先背的很流利，可是背到一半的时候，闹出了一个天大的笑话，竟然背不到了。当时她脸非常的红，接着聚精会神地想，想了好久都想不到，王老师笑着说，下去后，先看一看，再上来讲。我们马上大笑起来，有的同学用手捂着嘴笑，有的同学笑得趴在地上了。你说是不是一个笑话？
演讲比赛后，我们纷纷离开了。后来我想，柯锐敢上台就不错了，我们笑他是不对的，我也要向他那么大胆地锻炼自己。
