Discipline is not just daughter, more of a tube we adults. From our daughter was born to now, nearly 9 years down, looking back, whatever our parents do good house rules, often daughter also did well; We parents lead the violation, or good house rules, often are punished.

家规并不只管女儿，更是管我们大人的。从女儿出生到现在，快9年下来，回头一看，凡是我们父母做得好的家规，往往女儿也表现不错;我们父母带头违反、或者言不由衷的家规，常常都是空文。
在我家，饭前便后要洗手、睡前要刷牙洗脸，基本执行到位;与学习有关的家规也有效落实了。我平时基本不看电视、不玩游戏、有空就看书，尽量每周出去做户外运动，老公平时也在家看书多，女儿耳濡目染，也常常手不释卷，读成语词典和做数学题也乐在其中。有时还拿着老公看的三国志看上几遍，可是，我们家还有一些家规，做得不太理想，比如“哪里拿来的`东西放回哪里去”、“自己弄脏的东西马上收拾好”、“不能乱发脾气”之类，细想起来，都是因为我们父母不能以身作则。所以，给女儿制定家规、执行家规，也是我们父母的自我反省、重新出发的好机会。
以身作则。我个人以为在中国家庭教育更多则教孩子为人处事的道理，而学校教的更多的是孩子知识方面的教育了。
