那么，这令人厌恶的雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?
我们许多家庭都有小汽车，但在我们坐在小汽车里准备去旅游的同时，我们的小汽车排出的尾气，却在悄悄的给我们身后的雾霾做着贡献。
在城市的偏远郊区，一些化工厂正在“大显身手”，那日夜排放的浓浓黑烟，正在慢慢的融入空气之中。
在元旦的烟花晚会中，那绚丽多彩的烟花，那噼里啪啦的爆竹，让空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降。这些就是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄地给我们带来了意想不到的后果。
雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场雾霾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命。我们由此可见雾霾的威力是多么强大。
雾霾这么严重，我们该怎样防范呢?
我们要出门戴口罩，吃清淡的食品，多喝水。在雾霾天气中，我们要少开窗通风。而且还要适当的补充维生素D。当你从外边回到室内，要洗手、洗脸、漱口。而且一定要减少室外活动。如果一定要运动运动的话，可以做室内操。
我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治雾霾，从我做起。
